YES! Although the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) doesn't mandate expiration or best-by dates, they do begin to lose their potency over time pending the raw ingredients in the product.
Even though it is not required to include these dates most companies, including ourselves like to have this information stated on our products as an estimation of when the product can begin to lose potency per the FDA guidelines.
